1. NO RETURNS POLICY
Due to the fresh, made-to-order, and perishable nature of our product, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges once the order is dispatched.
Each batch of Bikaneri Besan Ki Puri is handcrafted fresh specifically for your order. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products.

2. WHAT WE DO OFFER
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, we will provide a FREE replacement.
Eligibility:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the product and packaging via WhatsApp or email
• Product must show genuine damage or defect
We will arrange a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
WRONG ITEM DELIVERED:
If you receive the wrong product or incorrect quantity:
• Contact us within 24 hours with order details and photos
• We will arrange delivery of the correct product at no additional charge
QUALITY ISSUES:
If you are unsatisfied with the quality or taste:

• Share photos if possible

3. NOT COVERED UNDER REPLACEMENT
We cannot provide replacement or refund in the following cases:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Delay in consumption beyond shelf life (30 days from manufacturing)
• Improper storage by customer (not stored in airtight container)
• Damage due to customer negligence
• Product consumed partially or fully

5. REFUND POLICY
We DO NOT offer refunds on dispatched orders due to the perishable nature of our product.
Refunds are ONLY processed for:
