1. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
BEFORE ORDER IS PROCESSED (Within 2-4 hours of placing order):
You can cancel your order FREE of charge if:
• Your order has not been processed yet
• We have not started preparing your batch
• The order status shows "Order Confirmed" (not "Processing" or "Dispatched")

• Cancellation is NOT possible

AFTER ORDER IS DISPATCHED:
Once your order is dispatched and out for delivery:
• Cancellation is NOT possible
• The product is already in transit to you
• Refusing delivery will be considered order rejection
Order Rejection:
If you reject the delivery without valid reason:
• Full order amount will NOT be refunded
• You will be responsible for return shipping charges
• No refund or replacement will be provided
Valid reasons for delivery rejection:
✓ Package is visibly damaged or tampered
✓ Product appears spoiled or contaminated
✓ Wrong product delivered

2. CANCELLATION BY MARWARI FOOD

DELIVERY ISSUES:
• Unserviceable pincode (courier cannot deliver)
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
• Customer unreachable for address verification
PAYMENT ISSUES:
• Payment gateway failure
• Duplicate order placement
• Suspicious or fraudulent transaction detected
FORCE MAJEURE:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Situations beyond our reasonable control

Cannot cancel but want to make changes?
We can modify your order if:

6. PARTIAL CANCELLATION
For orders with multiple packs:
• Partial cancellation is NOT possible once processing begins
• All packs in an order are prepared together
• We cannot cancel individual items from a multi-pack order
